EWC is reorganizing in 2021 and refocusing on the EWC Solutions to transform your organization and adopt diversity, equity, and inclusion. EWC and subsidiaries, EWC Healthcare and EWC Engineering, and EWCgov will offer a superior series of programs in workforce cohesive teams in a virtual world or work, workplace solutions, coaching at all levels, and organizational health. These three pillars incorporate professional services, products, and training in Lean methods to address HR combined with Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion services. EWC Solutions will continue to focus on system change and improvement in the area of Business Process Management (BPM) solutions for our clients, striving to accomplish quality improvement, best practices, and operational efficiency.

Our leadership team is comprised of 4 senior Partners/Principals, plus 8-12 certified Practitioners and 2 Lean Six Sigma Management Consultants. Our Global Career Transition partners and affiliates are independently-owned and committed stakeholders in their markets.
